B. Shihabudeen began his career as a Software Engineer and worked in the IT industry for two years. However, his true passion lay in the field of real estate. In 2003, he made a career shift and joined a leading real estate firm as a Marketing Executive.

Through years of perseverance and continuous learning, he began independently handling real estate projects from 2007 onward. Guided by the vision of "shaping ideas and bringing them to life," he started his own company with just two employees.

Today, that vision has grown into a successful enterprise, backed by a strong network of nearly 150 marketing executives and agents.
